Gallo Catering is located on the second floor upstairs, which includes 3 private areas. Featuring a sit down couch area in the piano lobby. With 2 private bathrooms, 1 handicap accessible.
A full bar area which serves alcohol, soft drinks, coffee and tea along with HDTV and elevator lift for handicap accessibility or strollers and DJ equipment.
Our prized area is our warm elegant room which accommodates up to 80 guests. We can custom design your perfect day with our in-house Private decorator, Private DJ, and photo booth.
We can also feature our LED lighting system to any color you desire to match your special occasion.

The Bustamante family opened Gallo in Patchogue in 2002 and business has been brisk ever since. Gallo later expanded to its upstairs catering room and constant upgrades.
But the food remains the same that it's been in Colombia for hundreds of years. David Bustamante, who co-founded the business with his parents, said he likes being on the floor, serving food and greeting his customers.
"Someone [from the family] is always here; if it's not me it's my sister. I think that's what's made us very successful."
